A Georgia governor’s office press release says the project in McDonough is expected to create 160 jobs, with operations expected to begin in late 2026.
A press release from the Office of the Governor of Georgia says Highline Warren plans to invest $170 million in a new logistics and operations center in McDonough.
According to the release, the multi-year project is expected to create 160 new jobs.
The release says the facility will be located at 830 Highway 42 South, identified as the former Zinus building in McDonough.
The press release states the building is over 1.1 million square feet and that operations are expected to begin in late 2026.
According to the release, Highline Warren will begin hiring later this year.
The release says the facility is being designed to support future expansion and reliable delivery to 95% of the U.S. population within two days.
