A Georgia Department of Public Health news release urges residents and visitors to stay hydrated and limit heat exposure as holiday temperatures are expected in the low to mid-90s.
The Georgia Department of Public Health has issued a statewide news release ahead of the 4th of July, encouraging Georgians and visitors to celebrate safely and stay healthy during the holiday.
According to the release, temperatures are expected to be in the low to mid-90s, and the agency recommends staying well hydrated and avoiding prolonged exposure to the heat.
